Sepsis Resuscitation Guidelines: Adapted for Low Resource Setting.

Sepsis is one of the most important global health problems. Due to its high mortality and morbidity, studies in all aspects of disease, ranging from clinical trials to molecular and genetic level, had been performed. Management guidelines have been made in order to improve outcomes. However, in limited resource areas, certain treatment modalities are not obtainable. Attempts to simplify treatment steps and uses of alternative available medication have been made. These efforts do not only improve chances to access care, but also provide opportunity to examine new “simple” alternatives which, furthersome may be a break through works. The lecture will touch basis of modification certain steps of guidelines. Audiences are welcomed to share their experiences.
